All Beanzzz and Rice merch is made to order and fulfilled by our trusted partner Printful. This helps us cut down on waste and bring you high-quality custom gear—fresh off the press.

🕒 Processing Time

Orders typically take 2–7 business days to be processed, printed, and packed before shipping. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on the way.

🚚 Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after fulfillment:

• USA: 3–8 business days

• Canada: 5–10 business days

• International: 10–20 business days

Please note: These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or customs processing.

💸 Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We do not offer free shipping at this time unless stated otherwise in a promotion.

❗ Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

Make sure your address is correct when ordering. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can re-ship it at your expense.

If your tracking says “delivered” but you didn’t receive your item, check with your neighbors or local post office. Beanzzz and Rice is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

📦 Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges (see our No Refund Policy for details). However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at beanzzzandrice@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number—we’ll help sort it out.
